Refund policy

At BA Liquidations, all sales are final. All appliances are sold AS-IS and may have cosmetic scratches or dents.

Returns:
- Used & refurbished items: No returns accepted
- New items: Returns subject to 25% restocking fee
- All deposits are non-refundable

Warranty:

A limited warranty covers functional failure only. Failed units will be repaired or replaced with a comparable model at our discretion. Warranty covers the unit only — delivery, installation, and labor costs are not included.

For warranty service, contact us within the warranty period. A $25 service fee applies within 10 miles. Service scheduled within 5 business days. Service area: Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC only.
