By using baliquidations.com, you agree to the following terms:

- All items sold AS-IS with possible cosmetic damage
- Accessories (cords, hoses, gas lines) not included
- Ice makers not guaranteed on used/refurbished units
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Pickup items must be collected within 3 days —  a $25/day storage fee applies after that
- Sales tax is the customer's responsibility
- BA Liquidations reserves the right to update these 
  terms at any time
