BA Liquidation is a family-run appliance warehouse in Woodbridge, Virginia. We specialize in scratch and dent appliances from names like Samsung, LG, Frigidaire and Whirlpool, and we also carry refurbished units (used units that have been tested and cleaned). Scratch and dent units have cosmetic marks such as scratches or dents, and many are customer returns. That condition is why our prices sit so far below a big-box showroom, and it means savings of up to 70% for you.
What scratch and dent really means
A scratch and dent appliance has a surface scratch, a small dent, or a scuff, often in a spot you will never see once it is installed. Some picked up the mark in shipping or handling. Many are customer returns: a change of mind, a unit that did not fit, or a cosmetic complaint. So scratch and dent does not always mean new. Our units come in two conditions. New open box units are either scratch and dent models (may look new, but have minor scratches or dents) or customer returns (may show minor signs of use, and some also have scratches or dents), and they come with a 1-year store warranty. Refurbished units are used units that have been tested and cleaned, and they come with a 90-day store warranty. Most units still carry a manufacturer or store warranty, and every listing shows its own condition and real photos, including where the cosmetic mark is.
How we keep prices low
We buy directly from manufacturers and distributors who need to move cosmetically imperfect and returned stock. We run a lean warehouse instead of a polished showroom, and we pass those savings straight to you. You get a plain description of each unit and a much lower sticker price.
Service that comes with it
Every purchase includes honest condition disclosure and a warranty. We deliver across the DMV from our Woodbridge warehouse, offer pickup, installation and old-appliance haul-away, and we are always a phone call away if you have questions before or after your purchase.
