Installation cost by appliance
Installation is a simple flat fee based on the type of appliance, added to your order. It covers the full hookup by our team and, where we are replacing an existing unit, removal of the old one. Prices below are for installation only; delivery is quoted separately.

Delivery vs. installation, what is the difference?
They are two separate services, and many appliances only need one of them. Delivery brings your appliance to your home and places it in the room you want. Installation is the hookup: connecting water, gas, venting or electrical, and, for built-in units, setting the appliance into your cabinetry or countertop and securing it.
Delivery is included in your delivery quote; installation is the hookup and is optional. Some appliances simply plug in, so there is no installation charge on a refrigerator, a freezer or an electric range. Dishwashers, gas ranges, dryers, washers, wall ovens, cooktops, range hoods and downdrafts get a full professional hookup for the flat fee above. Pick whichever services you want when you add the appliance to your cart. If you are not sure which your unit needs, just ask and we will tell you before you buy.
Gas appliances installed safely
Gas ranges and gas dryers are connected to your existing gas line by a qualified installer and leak-checked before we leave, so your appliance is safe to use from day one. Gas range and gas dryer installation is $75 each. We do not run new gas lines; installation connects your new appliance to a line that is already in place.
Old-appliance removal and haul-away
When we install an appliance that is replacing an existing one, removal of the old unit is part of the job. Haul-away of your old appliance is also available across the DMV, so you are not left with an old fridge or range to deal with. Let us know when you order so we bring the right equipment and crew.
