We deliver across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC, with free pickup available at our Woodbridge store.

Delivery rates
Delivery is priced by distance from our Woodbridge warehouse. Your exact rate is shown at checkout based on your address.
- Up to 10 miles: $95
- Up to 20 miles: $125
- Up to 30 miles: $150
- Up to 40 miles: $175
- Up to 60 miles: $215
- Up to 80 miles: $295
We deliver within 80 miles of our Woodbridge warehouse. Addresses beyond 80 miles are outside our delivery area and are available for free warehouse pickup instead. Call (571) 641-1547 if you have questions about your location.
Free pickup
Free same-day pickup is available at our store at 1051-A Cannons Ct, Woodbridge, VA 22191, during business hours. Please bring your order number and a valid ID. Pickup items must be collected within 3 days; a $25 per day storage fee applies after that.
Additional services
Professional installation and haul-away of your old unit are available for an additional fee. Basic delivery does not include disconnection of an old appliance, installation, hookup of water, gas, or electrical connections, or removal of doors or fixtures, unless you have purchased those services in advance.
Delivery access and preparation
Please make sure there is a clear, safe path to the installation spot, that doorways and hallways are wide enough for the unit, and that the area is ready before delivery. Our team is not responsible for disconnecting old units or for modifying your home to fit an appliance. If a delivery cannot be completed because the space is not ready, access is blocked, or no one is available to receive it, a redelivery fee may apply.
Inspection and risk of loss
Please inspect your appliance at delivery or pickup before you accept it. Risk of loss passes to you once the unit is delivered to your address or picked up. Note any concern about the disclosed condition before signing for or taking the unit.
Delivery liability
Delivery is handled by independent contractors. While our team takes care with every unit, BA Liquidation is not liable for damage to floors, walls, doorways, cabinetry, or other property, or for any damage to the appliance, that occurs during delivery, installation, or haul-away by independent contractors. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.
