Scratch & Dent Appliance Store in Washington, DC

Why buy scratch and dent appliances in Washington

Washington, DC runs on rowhouses, condos and apartments — from Capitol Hill and Petworth to homes east of the Anacostia — and in one of the country's priciest markets, scratch and dent stretches a budget a long way. Shop refrigerators, ranges, washers and dryers at up to 70% off retail from Samsung, LG and Frigidaire. Scratch and dent units have cosmetic marks such as scratches or dents, and many are customer returns, so every listing shows its condition clearly. For narrow kitchens and stacked laundry closets, counter-depth and compact units fit best, and every appliance is backed by a warranty.

We deliver into the District from our warehouse about thirty miles south, and free warehouse pickup is an option if you would rather collect. City delivery takes planning — row-house stoops, tight stairwells and street parking — so read our guide on measuring for delivery before you buy, and we will handle installation and haul-away where access allows. Financing is available to spread the cost. When you are ready, browse the full inventory or check current deals. Just over the line in Maryland, shoppers in Oxon Hill and Fort Washington shop the same discounted stock.

District homes reward careful planning: a Capitol Hill rowhouse kitchen or a Columbia Heights condo often calls for counter-depth refrigerators, compact dishwashers and stacked laundry. Our team is happy to confirm access and fit — stairs, doorways and elevators — before delivery, and the delivery estimator prices the trip across the river. With honest grading and a warranty on every unit, DC renters and homeowners get quality brands without the retail markup that stings most in a high-cost city.
