Scratch and dent appliances have cosmetic marks, like a scratch or dent, from shipping, handling or a previous return. Many are customer returns, for example a change of mind or a unit that did not fit, so they are not sold as brand new. Because of the marks they cost far less than a flawless unit, usually 40 to 70 percent off.

We sell two conditions. New open box comes in two types: scratch and dent models, which may look new but have minor scratches or dents, and customer returns, which may show minor signs of use and some of which also have scratches or dents. Both come with a 1-year store warranty, and you can add an extended warranty of up to 5 years. Refurbished units are used units that have been tested and cleaned, so they are not new; they come with a 90-day store warranty, and an extended warranty is not available on them. Every listing shows its own condition and photos.

All sales are final on the specific unit you buy, and you confirm its condition at checkout. If there is a real problem with the unit, we will exchange it. Ask us for exact photos on WhatsApp before you buy so you know exactly what you are getting.
