Common questions
A few things shoppers ask about buying scratch and dent.
Why buy a scratch and dent Whirlpool appliance
A scratch and dent Whirlpool appliance has cosmetic marks, such as a light scratch or a dent, and many are customer returns (a change of mind, or a unit that did not fit). The marks are shown on the listing, the unit is covered by our warranty, and the price drops a lot. For shoppers across Woodbridge and the wider DMV, it is the simplest way to own a premium Whirlpool appliance without paying the premium price.
We disclose the exact condition of every Whirlpool unit before you buy, and you are always welcome to inspect it in person or ask us for photos. Each one is covered by our warranty, available for free pickup at our Woodbridge warehouse, and eligible for delivery across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.
