Confirm the condition of each item (required). Each unit is sold in the condition described and shown in the photos on its listing. New open box units are either scratch and dent models (may look new, but have minor scratches or dents) or customer returns (may show minor signs of use, and some also have scratches or dents); they come with a 1-year store warranty. Refurbished units are used units that have been tested and cleaned; they are not new, may show signs of normal wear and use, and come with a 90-day store warranty. All sales are final on the specific unit purchased. If there is a real problem with the unit, we will exchange it. Please inspect your unit at pickup or delivery and tell us right away about any problem. Check the box for each item to confirm you have reviewed its photos and description and accept its condition.
